Badge Design Tips

  • Use ALL-CAPS: easier to read.
  • Transfer the pattern on a large board, carve it, and only then cut it out from the board. It is easier to hold a large board while chip carving.
  • When printing the design, target font height at least 1/2″ (12mm) or so.
  • Share your design with your fellow carvers by copying the link.
