The checkout process goes through PayPal; if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a credit or debit card during the PayPal checkout, even without creating one. When you complete the cart checkout, PayPal will share your shipping address with READ N TRY.
Free shipping within the US for orders of $25 or more. Shipping to Canada or Europe is an extra $20 fee. All packages are shipped by USPS First-Class or Priority Mail from San Jose, CA, USA. The USPS tracking number usually works within the US only and may not be available for international shipments.
All orders are shipped within 14 days from the payment date.

Refund policy:
If the basswood boards don’t meet your expectations, request a full refund within two weeks of delivery. Returns are accepted even if the wood has been partially carved. Please ship them back; return shipping costs are your responsibility. Nothing goes to waste: returned boards will be donated to chip carving students or repurposed to carve cute fridge magnets.
